Description
The Construction Laws, Codes, Contracts, Liability & Risk Management Course satisfies the mandatory four (4) hours of continuing education in construction laws and codes and contracts, liability and risk management, ref. Wis Stat. 101.654(1m)(b)1. The course will examine construction laws and codes with a detailed review of several sections of the Wisconsin Administrative Code SPS321 and including code explanation. The course will examine liability and risk management with a detailed review of Wisconsin Administrative Code ATCP 110.01 (Definitions) 110.02 (Prohibited trade practices), and 110.09 (Basement waterproofing practices). And the course will examine contracts with a detailed review of ATCP110.023 (Substituting products or materials; altering the written contract) through 110.08 (Contract compliance).

CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
You will be able to immediately print a certificate of completion after passing a 40 question multiple-choice quiz. The quiz can be retaken unlimited times until a passing grade of 70% or better is earned. This course satisfies four (4) continuing education hours (CEH).
